The house was in fine shape, not sure they ever fully moved in by the looks of it, needed nothing to be done for a turn but a minor cleaning so we agreed to let them out of the lease, full SD back as long as they signed an agreement there was no mold and they would never pursue any damages or claim any issues etc. 

I agree with former Treasury Secretary Summers, who said “My sense is still that the [Federal Reserve] has itchy fingers to start cutting rates and I don’t fully get it.”

We had some things come up that I did not agree with, and I asked to step away.

We never got the chance to agree on the new price.When I sent email to my service rep to ask why, I never got any clear answer.

In other words, you have high maintenance tenants and you've contributed to making things worse by not having clear boundaries and rules that they agreed to when they signed the lease.
