John Bianchi’s free course, which is about 30 hours long, is super helpful for anyone that’s trying to figure out what property to buy and how to design the property in a way that will allow it to be highly competitive in its market.

If you owned it between 1 & 2 years, 15% state and federal taxes on $550kIf you owned it more than 2 years you get $250k or $500k tax free and owe taxes on $300k or $50k.  

There's tons of turnkey properties, but beware you're paying for the "hassle-free" up front with no guarantees there won't be a hassle.
