Using assignment contracts to broker is not legal.

Who ever is the investor with a broker's license running it.. good for them, not so good for the clients. 

We are agreeing to split profits 50/50 not including her broker's portion.

The site is pretty exclusive so I'm not too concerned that they are bluffing.Would brokers also be able to help with the ground lease process or would you recommend us speak to an attorney?

I’m having a hard time finding commercial brokers or off-market brokers in the area.
