Hey Richard,There are three kinds of sink mounts: top mount/drop in (the usual for stainless steel sinks on laminate countertops), undermount (more usual as a luxury installation for natural and manufactured stone), and flush mount (least common, used for some luxury installations with extra-large apron sinks).Clearly, this is an undermount installation on granite. 

@Ellen Griffith I have been contacting the log furniture manufacturers directly at the corporate level and I am being offered 40%-50% off catalog prices to furnish a 5 bedroom cabin. 

Also the policy of Biden era for being more pro-protectionist of semi/chip industry in US (by not selling it to the China) is actually very very bullish in the long run for bay area housing market and it would drive up price in where semi manufactured is located.
