A CO is sometimes needed when you do stuff on the building, add or deduct square footage as an example, ask the bank why they need it, and ask someone in your local or building department if a CO is needed, then let the bank know their response.

While this in fact was true, some properties were selling for over $1,000,000, the listing broker either forgot or neglected to say that these properties were at least twice as large in square footage as the subject property, were in a nicer area of the city, were closer to the ocean and had a view.So when you mention the fact that properties in Cherry Hills are selling in the millions, but yours is it located in that neighborhood, you have done the job that your realtor should have.
