After a while, I sold my properties and then went into mobile home investing.

There is good and bad in all situations, but the movement about the country seems like it will only accelerate in the future as markets ebb and flow for one reason or another and we become a more mobile economy.

I'm looking at that option, but haven't had luck finding a decent looking mobile that is 1976 or newer.I heard there can sometimes be programs that will subsidize costs of building in certain areas. 

I was approached by a company that specializes in selling empty lots to people for all uses, mobile homes, RV, hunting, blowing stuff up, whatever, Some are large, some are small.436 now and adding $1M in receivables each month.Looking to borrow as much as they can to fund new purchases.

What good questions should I be asking if I'm looking at investing in a mobile home park?
