Virtually all of our tenants pay electronically these days.

you see many developments were there is a hold out in the middle of it.. and now the hold outs property is virtually worthless because it no longer is functional there are a lot of things to take into consideration when doing a development and many times they simply never happen.. if this one never happened then what.what could you do with the money today even if its a little less than a neighbor sold for.. that's be some what pound foolish ....

I don't have the funds to fully automate with a direct mail service and virtual assistant just yet, but yes I've got my tracking spreadsheets, scripts, and analysis worksheets all ready to go!

Hire out the research - find a virtual assistant overseas (Philippines for example).
