BTW, using private money or creative transactions still effects your CAMEL ride, you can't hide the financials or if you do it's fraud. :)

Wish you would have taken that route.David,The problem is Nat Chan is in Miami and if I assume the agent and property are in Miami, you are basically talking about everyone other agent in that area doing unethical things.It seems they are not even trying to hide or worry for a second their practices.I have at times even call up the listing broker and complained and was given the "uhmm uhmm what's your point?"
