I imagine going through and checking the numbers on each individual property as well as touring them would be a nightmare. 

We also have done a bus tour in the past and will do one again in the spring.  

Due to the pandemic, I'd like to try renting the units virtually, which would mean posting videos on the sites where I advertise and giving the current tenants the option to give virtual tours over Zoom, if they want to minimize the foot traffic through their living space. 

This seems like a no-brainer, and when I drove by the property I saw others touring it (first day on the market).

Hello, I too was active duty but separated after my 2nd child and a looming indef. tour when the baby was six weeks old.

Network with other investors in your area, tour people through your projects, and go tour other people's projects.

Military members and family come into town for training (1 year) or a tour of duty (3 years) then rotate out or retire in place.
