Are you trying to get consistent passive income in which case cash flow will be your primary goal or are you wanting to keep this as part of your retirement plan and expect it to appreciate next 20 years? 

I have been lurking for a while and now formally joined the site as I am looking to shift some retirement funds around out of the market  I have learned alot reading through the posts and listening to audiobooks  With my limited knowledge i am thinking buy and hold near me so I can drive by it but really being passive  looking forward to the journey!
