I'm new to the Bigger Pockets, and I'm looking forward to network and form meaningful relationships.

I have already established a referral relationship with a few agents in other markets...but there are so many markets where I do not have someone to refer people to.  

I look forward to building mutually beneficial relationships with those that are looking to expand and grow their network.

Its nice to have built those trusting relationships now.  

A relationship with a title company representative can be a huge resource also. 

I have found this an easier way with reduced risk of getting into the RE Business.I am looking to further develop my RE Business and am interesting in working together with other investors where possible to do this and also obtain short term funding where required to fund the growth of my business.To put it bluntly, I want to invest and get ROI, to build wealth for more investment and not to buy & hold.I look forward to building relationships with other investors, especially if we can sincerely work together on projects to grow our businesses.Thank you

Eventually once I have money I will move to doing it for myself for some deal but keep those relationships open for deals I can't do.Any thoughts on finding people looking for deals?

If you bank with BofA or some other big bank I would recommend moving your banking to a local bank and build a relationship with them.
