I can't pull up the reports right now, but I believe it was around $1200 for both builders risk insurance (I think that is what they called it) and flood insurance.

They call me every other day,at 8 or 9,they sound drunk and they are rude saying they will cloud the title,I had to call the cops and report them because they were parking across the street,I do have a case number.

If you have a house that rents for say $900/mo, where HUD pays 6, the tenant 3, keep track of the portion the tenant pays so you don't double report the income.
