Although I am really excited and it's like a feasible plan to me,  I wanted to get the opinions of people in the forum of what they think would make the most sense given my situation, and if you do recommend buying property, any advice around that.

Thought about the rvshare but moving that trailer to campgrounds is not very feasible as its so large.

The strategy I am pursuing is getting an FHA loan at 3.5% down (this is most feasible for me because I had to use a bunch of my savings to pay down student loans to lower my debt-to-income ratio) and then buying a duplex.FHA loans have a few implications which may impact you because you are still a youngin and may not have an established credit history or a low enough debt to income. 

It wouldn't be feasible for me to manage the property due to my schedule or interest level.

If going syndication route anything less than $1-$2M in raise would not make it feasible due to ongoing costs

Consider if rebranding or significant improvements are feasible within your budget. 

I am not sure about the feasibility of asking tenants to buy that policy.
