There is more to the story but basically the tenants left without proper notice and he is in a dispute with the landlord.

So this is why this proposed resolution (even in draft form) bothers me so much.

While MA tends (at least in my opinion) to lend more support to tenants during landlord tenant disputes, the diverse economy, good schools and good healthcare (among other factors) has tended at least for me to at least level that playing field and based on market cycles has also helped propel some additional benefits.

They wouldn’t ask me for articles of incorporation, operating/ formation agreements, Board resolutions specifically naming me as authorized on behalf of that entity, etc.

@Bruce Woodruff I'm not disputing that it's mostly a scam but I do think that the law requires that I take them, regardless.

Now that they can't reach a resolution directly, they contact you, understandably.
