Title companies from what I see usually want to wait a little longer or want quiet title to clean up actual TAx sale props..

For this one, for instance, I can tell I have a kitchen rework, 2 bathroom guts, at least some window replacements, a lot of landscaping cleanup, entire interior repaint.

@Christina Madison I definitely agree we need to take more of an active role in the community - we've also discussed having regular, perhaps quarterly, times where we help a struggling homeowner with repairs/maintenance, or organize a community clean up....

The other possibility is someone not responding to your requests is because they have done your property wrong and are leaving you with a mess to clean up and have given up their deposit and moved on.

One thing I have realized with my AirBnb is extra cleaning supplies for guests to clean up any mess.
