Dang, if you had 10 of 'em,  well you do the math. 

He really liked using the automatic paper folder I had and begged to do it, so I taught him to run my client invoices through the folder, put it in the envelope so the address was in the window and put the stamp on. 

This includes if somebody issues you an invoice for a repair that includes both parts and labor on it.  

Also, my post is written with a large project in mind, which might be our disconnect in deposit theory.If you have sufficient credit at the supply houses; you are not a cash on delivery customer and probably get invoiced net 30 days after receiving an order.

It is flat out frightening the destruction that has already begun and it is beyond me that so so many people are just so dang oblivious!

Not matter what you believe about formal education, life education is going to be pretty dang important no matter what you do.

The the actual utilities costs were lower, we provide the option of retaining the balance in the account (for future months where utility costs will be greater) or applying the balance towards their next month's rent.If the actual utilities costs were greater than they prepayment amount, we invoice the tenante for the balance {this has only happened once}.
