If you're looking for more information about the program, I highly recommend checking out Episode 55 of the "Millennial Real Estate Investor Podcast".

However, as Bill mentioned you can always buy a SFH and either rent by the room, look to build a an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) as mentioned in Episode 53 of House Hacking success, or look to split the SFH and make a mother in law suite/duplex.

I can't remember the episode but I'm looking for the company that Brandon talked about where you can upload addresses, and they'll send letters to the home, made out to the homeowners.

I knew I had to join the website after listening to a few episodes.
