Hello Landlords, Is your property manager at the broker/owner NARPM (NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PROPERTY MANAGERS) Convention this week?  

Does anyone have a recommendation of an apartment broker in Indianapolis?

My resources include:- The VA Home Loan- By the time I move, roughly around $30K-$50K of my own working capital- A real estate partner and mentor based out of Chicago- My brother, a real estate broker who I can go to for access to MLS- Currently trying to build relationships with lendersI got out of the Marine Corps at the beginning of 2015 and have spent since then learning everything I can about real estate investment before trying to pull the trigger on anything.

It seemed good to me and my broker said it was a good term. 

Further, tracking down npn in bulk, analyzing thousands, buying packages, reselling some, working on getting the remaining reperforming and foreclosing and then disposing of the rest is far different than analyzing two or three performing notes offered by a note broker and purchasing one or two and collecting monthly payments until they are paid off. 

Matthew Huested I would advise for you to contact a commercial broker within the state you want to do business in and ask.

I’m looking to buy a mobile home park and have started approaching a couple brokers to get info about properties.

Is it better to work with a Broker or directly with a lender?

Fire away with questions and ill try to clear up the financials as much as possible to make sense of this and i can hit the broker up with specific questions to get a better picture of the deal as a whole. 

I will recalculate and get with broker to clear up any unknowns and then resubmit.
