An additional $XXX in fees have accrued as a daily fine which represents the majority of the lien.

I refuse to allow a rolling/growing total to accrue.

I have been looking up solar recently out of curiosity and could see the use on a multifamily if you are in an area that is good for it but your money may be better put to use just buying additional properties. 

However, curiosity took over and I parked the car. 

From there penalties start accruing.

I say we forgo the open house because everyone and their mom in our small-ish town will be traipsing through out of curiosity.

I've looked at Indianapolis and it seemed like there is a fairly established market there (not bad, lots of interest, but at the same time I get the sense that a lot of good deals have already been made and that the market is still good but much harder to find something great these days).Out of curiosity is your podcast on real estate?
