I can pocket quite a bit of money laundering and ironing my own shirts, having my wife clean the house, changing my car oil, mowing the lawn, and brewing my own Starbucks coffee. 

In fact, if anything, housing costs are INCREASING (paradoxically because of high mortgage rates), and a major reason inflation is slowing is because of lower oil prices (perhaps because we've been releasing so much oil from the strategic oil reserves).

If you don't have that then you're probably best doing mileage, which also frees you from keeping every gas receipt and oil change record - you just need a driving log.  

I am however converting my properties where I was paying for the fuel oil to provide the heat to individually metered gas heat so tenants can pay for that.

I’m in the process of converting my other buildings from oil to propane heat so each unit can be individually metered and every tenant can pay their own heating bills.

Just don't use bleach on a used sheets as it binds with the oils and causes them to yellow.
