(Edit)Let me expand on that a bit, since you don't understand Velocity Banking ...If your first position lien goes into default, it may very well be that your velocity account ((HE)LOC, etc.) is still receiving your payroll or other direct deposits and so is either still current or less behind than an inflexible first with a fixed payment amount.So, yes - the first lien is more likely to be called than the second.Hope that helps ...
