You can't try to suppress a disruptive technology but eventually it will become too big.  

You can shoot virtual tour video's using an Iphone, Tripod, and a little motor gadget for your tripod.  

Zillow is not ready for prime time at this stage.As a technology person I see the day when things like Zillow will be accurate (subject to the condition of the property or changes not recorded publicly).

I would assume that by having a headquarters building there, it would bring forth jobs for those in the areas of business, energy, safety, technology, and community development they employ.

The entire banking industry will be mysteriously hit by a virus (even though they all use different technology) that will take down the banking system over a weekend.

The public often overlooks the value technology plays in widening the gap of income inequality.

I can easily make a strong argument that NY real estate could fall over the next decade (high taxes, new technology, quality of life issues, etc).  

We really don't have a great system right now for the rentals though I know I need it, seems the hardest part of that for me is the work order mechanism.... right now my go to guys barely operate a cell phone let alone a computer or technology that could help me out.
