Commercial loans are more flexible, give you more options as to what you can buy, and in my opinion generally easier to get done, but they have higher rates anywhere from 5% to 8% for soft money and 9% to 14% for hard money.

I think not a lot of people ( those who are new to SS appliances) know that in order to keep it clean and shiny, they need to use a SS cleanser and  buff it dry with clean cloth/towel.

The reason of the backup was found to be paper towels (that do not dissolve in the water) in the sewer pipe that were thrown in there by the tenants, and caused the obstruction.

Sometimes the type of property and area dictates the tenant pool available.Lower income areas to some middle income earners are not as affluent and well educated and have trouble financially managing their money.This leads to well intentions but the tenant constantly struggles with getting by to survive.
