At my job lunch seems to be a big ticket item.

The listing agent comes back later and stated that the listing will be going into a multiple offer round and that we need to resubmit our highest and best (after we already accepted the 100% offer).Has anyone dealt with a similar situation?

As I type this we are working on building relationships with investors for our buyer's list and throughout the week we'll be executing our strategies to bring in our first round of deals from distressed or motivated sellers.

He was in a rush to get away from living with a alcoholic brother. 

I'm trying to get away from working for someone else.

I then went on and signed up for the next go round which gave me access to a mentor.
