I know a lot of other agents agree with me that it's an unnecessary risk to the seller.The other differences I find interesting are that Mass is an attorney closing state where Maine uses title companies.

See if they are open to providing additional security deposit funds as a gesture of good faith, since the property is clearly getting more use.As a take away, you now know never to rent to pilots again, and/or change your lease in a way to prevent a crash pad (perhaps use that very term in your lease and define it).

There is no sure fire way to 100% prevent it, however, this is what I do: Each investor I add to my list, I inform them upfront that if they commit to funding the deal and then back out, I will never do business with them again and may tell others in my inner circle about my experience with them.

I mean ceiling falling seems like mandatory maintenance, I would reschedule and tell her if she can’t let them in next time you will be there. it's not literally falling, but cracking a little, and it can happen anytime, so we always like to be prevented. .we're trying to fix it for months..the problem is she won't let is in only when she's available.

I don't see how they can prevent a double closing though, which is entirely a method of wholesaling.
