Market Research: What methods do you use to analyze and understand your target market?

How do you deal with people that don’t want to give user name and password for bank accounts, to verify income?

I understand the trepidation of co-signing, so i'm looking for a reasonable offer(s) to present to anyone that would consider doing this. 

Totally new world for me knowing there are properties off the market, wholesalers, and people that loan money just for this purpose, different from a bank, I have always thought we were doomed from finding a good deal as everything I found was already on the market...my little knowledge and limited believes got me trapped.

Why did you even use an agent if you didn't understand what value they provide?

We pay them back at close.For people/teams that do something similar, I'm curious what software you use or spreadsheets you've created to: Track cash current cash flow and projected cash flow for the whole business that including fixed costs like payroll and variable costs as well.

For me it cut down on the time to build an out of state team and gave me access to people who knew the area.
