You could also reach out to temp nursing agencies about renting short term to traveling nurses.I had an "in" with the law school at the university next to the building I managed, and ended up rarely having to advertise anywhere else.

@Steve Babiak Account ClosedDepending on the state law, Mechanics Liens, do not have to be recorded, Neither do State Welfare Liens, Nursing Home Liens, State Tax Leins, and sometimes Federal Tax Liens are only recorded ta the Federal Courthouse not the local county courthouse.I worked in an Law office and asked the owner, who had 5 title abstractors on staff for real estate settlement searches, if he would allow me to tag along when the searches were at the courthouse searching.

If you advertise M2M, you can get a lot of people who want to use your unit as a cheap hotel room.For the applicants who were worried I'd raise the rent right after they move in, I'd just write in the M2M agreement that the rent won't be raised for at least 12 months.I did have a traveling nurse who wanted a written 3 month lease.

I think that leaves the law open to interpretation, especially when a practitioner cites the documents I mentioned, however fails to use the terminology within those documents.
