I deal with a lot of underground oil tanks in my area and I’ve seen much higher costs with some of those.

@Bill Gulley  No license needed to broker aircraft.. and if these wanna be wholesalers understood the commissions involved in selling aircraft you would have a flood of videos showing how to tie up a Citation 2 for 4 million and flip it for 4.2  all with no license... or buy them at auctions  Drugs ,, IRS bank repo's polish them change the oil clean the interior and make a few hundred grand  !!!

I prepared to buy my Portfolio of Rentals to retire off of Oil Tankers for ten years.

What took them down was they just could not come clean that a project was failing.. they ran their business on the guise that all there deals were working etc etc.. so what happened was when one was leaking oil.. they borrowed from the reserve fund of a good one to prop it up and keep it out of foreclosure.. and to add to it they bought 2 big MF in Dallas that did not work and went into foreclosure.. 

If we have deflation ( dropping oil for Texas) then debt sucks, especially in the short-term.Do you need debt? 

If you are going to reuse the rail, I would burn off all the old paint and re-sand it real good before you put it back on, then a new oil based primer and 2 finish coats.

Alaska is very much the same (a one horse economy) only ours is oil related.

One of them is a great friend of mine and he owns his own company and is effected by the oil business.  

Was there any issues maybe with oil contamination?
