The ability to use passive losses from real estate starts to phase out if your income is $125k, and disappears completely at $150k.

@Jesse Fenton you could be the boots on the ground for an investor that has less time.

If you have boots on the ground that’s a great advantage.

James, here in Florida we sell homes all the time that are in the pre construction phase.

If you are wanting to be involved I would look for a smaller independent team that would be a true "partner" on the ground so to speak!
