Assuming you don't care what the rate is or what fees are charged or if it's an adjustable rate mortgage, you can get a mortgage with way less paperwork in the future.

The important point is that you aren't saving enough, fast enough to retire comfortably in the future and any correction only makes things worse.

I self manage right now, as I'm a small operation and local, but plan on growing and hiring property managers in the future.
