If I could go back in the rewind machine I probably would have bought that house which would have started me down the path on real estate five years earlier.

Without having the "marketing machine" in place, it is tough to find leads on the MLS alone. 

(I also thought of street parking spaces and laundry machine use as 2 other examples of household affects.)

I fully understand the fees, and understand that I could start up my own "marketing machine" that would hopefully start to put out some leads after a while.
