Other than being sued by the person you're dealing with (buyer or seller), the consequences wholesalers may face are to be chased by the states' department of real estate for breaking laws. 

I believe you would spend more time and money fixing properties and chasing money than you would getting money.  

It takes your time and money up front to defend yourself only to turn and chase the seller?

We start out chasing cash flow regardless of quality, build a base then buy higher quality at lower cash flow.

I hear paynearme and chase quick pay works well.

I do not call credit unions or big banks like chase/capital one.  

I had them as a servicer for a while on one of my loans until it was sold to Chase.

I'll probably get an account with Chase and Wells-Fargo just to accommodate the few folks without BofA branches and pay my contractors with Chase/WF accounts. 

I think someone is chasing after him and he is trying to find another place to hide and live without paying for it.
