So you are attempting to double your money every 8 to 9 months.  

In fact, you can think of it like this. 90% of the people starting off investing in a real property will still be property owner/investors earning satisfactory returns after 10 years.  90% of the people attempting wholesaling or arbitrage STR will have failed endeavors, lost money, “went broke” or at best earned unsatisfactory returns in the same time period.

My gut is telling me to pull this condo from the PM now and attempt to rent it myself, but I have no desire to pull the SFH with the section 8 tenant.What do you think?

This is only applicable to a tenant not borrower.I have had squatters attempt to pretend they are leased tenants in which we ask for proof of payment to the original borrower landlord.
