You secret author might have been more specific

I think a lot of the claims are also probably simply untrue.Beginning reading, I see that he refers to a secret, but never says what it is...though yes, he does parcel out useful stuff in dribs and drabs.

@Steve L.Probably aren't getting a lot of response on this because its very unique to a lot of guys - and some of us are delusional enough to think we have some kind of secret sauce that we're not willing to share.Also some of the metrics can be painful to look at (revisiting this on a Friday eve is somewhat of a weekend buzzkill :( I have a background in stats and data, so I track a lot some is super useful, other is just gee-whiz.  

The best you can hope for us to become like the great majority of wishful thinkers who can't understand why fish don't just jump into their boat.For the newbie type wannabie investor, we have all spun around trying to figure out what works, tried this and that, got little or no traction, got frustrated and want to learn the recipe for the secret sauce.There is really nothing wrong with spending thousands on your training, if you are able to get good value for it.

As you know (this is not a secret) a lot of people got scam buying in Mexico, therefore it is important to deal with the premium RE agent or developer with good backgrounds and references.

It's just that the SS deals are hide to find because the secret has been out a while now.

Its definitely no secret that this FDIC insured depository institution has a reputation in the industry, and its not one of a bank with thorough customer service and organic growth.

I have to admit that I have been secretly reading here for the last 10 weeks or so, so, yes, I have some keyword alerts setup ;-)

At least, for me-- I don't have the connections to buy the secret deals YET. ;)
