@Michael Thomas McCann Your definitely thinking right there are definitely opportunities out there still my suggestion would be as follows below.Ideal situation- Look for a single family that needs some work move in and add value through renovations on the weekend also I would look for units that have a detached garage or casita then you can house hack.Look into growing areas like Queen Creek/San Tan Valley you can still find SF under 300k and add value through renovations and possibly look into renting a room out.Here are a couple options I would do!
