@Will Harris If you are going to buy a timeshare just for Airbnb purposes you gotta be extremely careful because you have to make sure your travel isn't based upon the points system.

I'm working on a direct mail lead in Elgin (Kane County) where the seller is looking to sell his property while leaving his existing tenant in place.

harry, i noticed that all 3 of your posts are the same question in different threads.there is no need for that and you are taking up bandwidth.As far as your question goes.....will you be living in the property?

If you see these problems and it's likely an investment property and not showing well for a Harry Homeowner, your offer might be a good start to get to 45 orsomething.

In Harris County the sheriff sale auctions both tax and hoa foreclosures.
