Looking for good contractor and electrician if anyone has any suggestions let me know..

My contractor bailed without doing enough work he had been paid for and had subbed out an electrician.

I have experience as an electrician and my father was a union carpenter/project manager for 30 years.

So I'm still in need of contractors, plumbers, electricians, accountant, real estate lawyer, realtors, etc.

If I knowingly plan to sell it, I need a licence electrician to pull said permit and do the work. 

I was an electrician in the US Army reserves.

Hi Jason and welcome to the community,In working on construction projects outside of my state (I'm a licensed residential contractor and SF rental owner) I have encountered that the local building codes might be amended to add any local requirements in addition to the national codes, so you want to work with a local contractor to at least give you a run down of the process and help you pull permits for any items requiring a licensed electrician, plumbing or structural work.Good luck in KS.MRod
