To me establishing those contacts is a long game.. and when I start with Dan ( my banker ) he had just started his career at first interstate.. then they got bought by Wells I followed him there.. then he went to a local regional I followed him there then he moved to a smaller local bank were he is now head loan officer over all the loan officers in the bank and on loan committee .. when I go to the bank I meet with the president or at least say hi and will go to lunch with him and the head credit officer.. 

You may want to check with your local manufactured housing association.

Then I had a brokerage company email me today about the possibility of working for their company as a referral associate.

There is a cost of entry to obtain your license.....school, exam, licensing, hanging with a broker, MLS fees, lockbox key fees, Realtor association fees, etc.However, the benefits are vast for investors as you get real time access to mls, and access to properties at your convenience with your lockbox key.  

@Arthur Wilson III if you are looking for a mentor I would highly recommend getting involved in/attending any real estate investor associations in your area or any BP meet ups, like you already mentioned.

My guess would be that they didnt get the condo questionnaire back from the management company/association until very late in the process.

I’m an associate broker with a small boutique real estate agency, and we recently got an opportunity to be the leasing agency for a couple of larger commercial buildings here in town.

You are in way over your head and should find true legal help ASAP and especially before this guy sells the property.

I'm a realtor and investor and our country guy comes to the realtor association once a quarter and practically begs us to ask first. it's worth a thought.

I was so tired of beating my head against a wall trying to find someone that would insure properties in need of major rehab and finding them was like a miracle from heaven.
