Each month I have an auto deposit to the bank with the mortgages and they auto debit the account to pay the mortgages. 

I am in contract on a single family home in Victorian Village and wanted to see if anyone has worked with an architect in the Columbus area.

I'm assuming the bundle would include auto insurance, landlord, umbrella, etc. 

Not to mention the cost would be significantly less than retiring in a village, or buying a new, smaller home elsewhere....

This was in Mildenhall village in England, and sold it when we PCS'd to DM in Tucson.

After debating internally, I decided to give on this point and allow them to pay me not using the convenience of Cozy or any other auto-pay method.

Jumping ahead...I now own a home, work 3 jobs...1 of which is my practice out of two different locations, and do most of my own auto/home repairs and maintenance, and have perfect credit.

I will keep the condo I am closing on tomorrow as a rental, unless there's some wild appreciation I never saw coming (it's in Ukrainian Village).
