So, it wasn't an uncomfortable experience.- Part of the event actually focused on the negative aspects of the type of investing the "guru" teaches, especially given where we are in the market cycle (it's not necessarily the best time to be jumping into this type of investing in many parts of the country).

Martin , I would have to say that traveling for pleasure, no matter how cramped, uncomfortable, long, etc., (another story), the flight is, getting away from the day to day burdens, I believe may be restoring some sanity.

That additional cost may be associated with administrative fees to renew the lease and processing for the tenant to extend.If you are uncomfortable with that, have you considered a flat fee listing where they would list the property for you for a flat fee, and you can handle the rest of the transaction?
