I know that sometimes property managers will get a kickback from a contractor for referring them the business (which can translate to the contractor/handyman upping the price to cover it).Was it not fully renovated prior to renting it out?

I have no problem with either of those, but you have to give Lendinghome a deposit- if they told me I'd have to alter my insurance in ways which I was not willing to do, I wouldn't have started the process with them.

They aren't solid on credit, so it'll work for FHA but not Conv.For you as a seller, both of these translate into a less reliable buyer.

If it only increases your insurance costs by 10% or less, you can decide if the renter appeal of a fireplace will translate into actual increased rent to cover the additional insurance and maintenance.

From my perspective they would be benefitting, but perhaps they would see me, a relative or co-worker, as someone just seeking money to fuel my own investments.Perhaps once I have confidence in my evaluation of possible deals, that will translate into an attractive opportunity for someone else.
