I currently live, invest, and am an agent in Texas, my wife and I invest in Bryan/College Station.

And i am looking more in the journal square area for multi families as close to the path station i can be ideally.

They have many options for exterior bait stations but they are the key to overall success.Next you need to get things sealed asap are you will get nowhere fast and go crazy dealing with them.

My wife and I bought a multi family specifically a duplex about an eight minute walk to the train station about an hour outside the city.

To receive the stipend we are required to duplicate our houses expenses so we are paying rent or mortgage in our home town AND at our duty station.

Just saying because the train has left the station.
