As a non EU citizen, I will need a permit to purchase certain types of properties, except for residential (unit in an apartment). 

@Kim Tran Yea like what @Jackson Hanssen Is saying here, you can only 1031 investment property for investment property, and later down the line convert it to your primary residence.

Having 4 kids moving property to property was not always a walk in the park for us.  

What type of properties are you looking for?

Add 100 chargers to a 300 unit property and I bet there's no way the transformers and electrical infrastructure at the property can handle that. 

If you are going to self manage your property, then I would not want my tenant to know my name.

They should put the tenant on notice, and indicate their intent to terminate their lease if they don't correct the problem.If you have no such clause in your lease, you can find the owner of the property using tax records, then skip trace the owner and contact them to let them know of the situation.

On the other hand, if you invest $50,000 as a down payment on each of four properties, with a monthly mortgage payment of $1,000 on each property, you could potentially earn $500 per property or $2,000 monthly.

Our realtor has continued to have us personally sign all the documents as they have come in (home inspection, personal property sale, etc).
