Unfortunately, we are like 2 weeks out from closing on the house so we wouldn't be able to make these changes in that time frame.I'll need to review the Quals for FHA to see if we could use it on our third home.

They quoted 2 weeks to close but I think they could have closed quicker if I needed and pushed for it

My new tenant, who will move in Oct. 1st, has requested that her employer automatically deposit rent into our account weekly.  

I have worked tirelessly with last week to help these neighbors in many ways possible.

Questions are:1) how much would you charge assuming that lawn is bi-weekly 3-4 months per year and weekly 3 months per year.

Posted this last week with no responses - looking for any advice:I moved out of a New York City condo, owned and rented out by an individual landlord.

@Marcus Auerbach - I didn't mention in my initial post that the other tenant in this duplex, whom shares a yard, complains about the dog waste and cigarette butts on a regular basis, a few times weekly.

I was suppose to close on selling a property today and it went off without a hitchI was suppose to buy 2 properties yesterday and has been delayed until next week.

So, I'll have to escrow that money for a few weeks.
