Unfortunately, we are like 2 weeks out from closing on the house so we wouldn't be able to make these changes in that time frame.I'll need to review the Quals for FHA to see if we could use it on our third home.

@Marcus Auerbach - I didn't mention in my initial post that the other tenant in this duplex, whom shares a yard, complains about the dog waste and cigarette butts on a regular basis, a few times weekly.
