Credit cards are one of the best ways to finance a home, IMO, if the promotional balance transfer rates are utilized.

If it's all well and fine, call your RE Commission and ask if you can wholesale as it is promoted in that state, ask a regulator, not an attorney, the attorney may or may not defend you, many bail after giving bad advice. 

And with the growing pay with promotions and such, it gives that much more of a challenge.

I'm out of Cincinnati, but very seriously thinking of taking a promotion out in Santa Monica.  

I've also seen "Zero cash flow" property investments, LOL, basically, they're telling you, you're not going to make any money on this deal, but promoting the tax benefits of owning real estate.

If you don't understand and ask the promoter of this investment and you don't get a simple answer, run away.

It is only promoted by those who sell those policies or those who sell some other product such as books.
