The business and real estate value are packaged in the deal, and the crux is that the current owner is the operator who has mismanaged, and is looking to retire.

There are still deals and ways to make money it’s just not what the gurus from the last 10 years did.

Oy, I have to remember to measure the interior sill height, from the pictures it looks like less than 2' probably 23" lolDid I mention I'm considering installing a 30" deck under the window to make it less than 20'.But I would still have to deal with the other side. 

Owners do not have an issue paying for/ dealing with an issue IF they fully understand said issue 

All of this works because proper due diligence was spent in the beginning to more fully be aware of what one is dealing with.

You can get some great deals but get burned also.

If you only sent out 3500 mailers and got a deal from it, that’s very successful.
