Stephen,You want "modular" housing not manufactured.Per many commentators and reality of the market you will find that manufactured housing, what used to be known as "Mobile Homes" do indeed depreciate.

Also, you may want to talk to other mobile home park managers and/or owners in the area as wells local mobile home dealerships.
