Stephen,You want "modular" housing not manufactured.Per many commentators and reality of the market you will find that manufactured housing, what used to be known as "Mobile Homes" do indeed depreciate.

They have an online version and it also comes with a mobile version through their app, I’ve seen some peers use different companies and aceable is much more user friendly IMO.
