Truthfully I'm struggling even finding a solid real estate agent.Can anyone provide advice or similar experience?

Hello everyone,I'm a new real estate investor and I recently came across a vacant lot that I believe has great potential for flipping.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We pride ourselves in keeping the forums positive, helpful, and focused on real estate (please, no politics, religion, etc.).

Looking to network in the Cincinnati area this weekend with anyone who is flipping.

It will be not only complex (but doable) to secure financing for it, but the real issue is that if you ever want to sell it, it will be super difficult for prospective buyers to secure financing unless they are seasoned investors which limits your potential buyer pool and potentially your offloading price.

Demand, quality of tenants, etc.According to my analysis should give a 12% CoC return but this is my first commercial property purchase just like some insight or if I should pursue other forms of commercial real estate.
