Without having the "marketing machine" in place, it is tough to find leads on the MLS alone.

I would definitely recommend BiggerPockets podcasts # 28 and 211, NoteMBA podcasts, Note Buying Cash Machine podcast, and then setting up keyword alerts here on BP for "NPL", "Note Investing", etc.  

Jonathan Twombly I think that many folks see no immediate returns on their efforts, so the level of effort diminishes over time, and we lose out on the critical mass that is needed to really begin to see the fruits of our labor (and efforts) start to show themselves in marketing and RE investing as a whole...so the point about consistently feeding the machine is a big one.

I sent a technician to check on the machine (I lived at the unit and the washer machine was at most 2 years old when he moved in).

Anybody know more about those differences and if I should make sure I use the software on a Windows-based machine?
