For every previous investment, you have 3 options: Hold, Sell, Refinance to make your equity work best for you, theoretically.I'm not sure for how long you have hold your previous investments, and how they are performing compared to this 100 unit building pro forma; and what is the incremental cost of borrowing in case you refinance, but once you put the numbers down, I'm sure you'll be more confident and know what's the best option for you.I'm happy to explain more if you're interested.Cheers
